It can be hard to figure out whether our experiences are just the process of growing up or something that needs more attention. If you’re struggling with something, it’s important to pay attention and learn more about how to help yourself. There doesn’t have to be “something wrong” before you reach out for support.
Learning more about your emotions, how you deal with stress, and practicing healthy ways of coping are important skills – no matter what age you are. Leaning into the process now can give you a head start and prevent things from getting worse.
